Midlands State University Helpers international Dinner Dance has been cancelled and postponed due to ongoing examination preparations and coursework submissions.
Speaking to News, Helpers International President Tinashe Tembo confirmed the development, saying the organisation had decided to prioritise students’ academic commitments during the examination period.
Despite the postponement, Tembo said the organisation’s mission to serve vulnerable communities remains active adding that the programme is aimed at improving food security and bringing hope to children in need through sustainable community support projects.
