MSU showcases innovation at young women for economic development national convention

Midlands State University has showcased its research, innovations and entrepreneurial solutions at the Young Women for Economic Development National Convention held at the Harare International Conference Centre.

MSU joined young women from across Zimbabwe, entrepreneurs, policymakers and other stakeholders at the national convention.

At its exhibition stand, the University displayed a range of research-driven products and innovations, including products from the MSU Cannabis Research Centre.

The exhibition provided an opportunity to demonstrate how research, innovation and technology can contribute to Zimbabwe’s economic development.

Through its Cannabis Research Centre and Research and Innovation Hub, MSU continues to transform research into practical solutions that address industry and community needs.

The University also highlighted how its innovations can create opportunities for entrepreneurship and enterprise development.

The convention provided a platform for knowledge sharing, networking and collaboration, while highlighting the role of young women in driving innovation and economic development.

MSU remains committed to advancing research, innovation and entrepreneurship in support of national development.
